PharoahPuss or OctoHotep as he's known in the ancient Underwater Egyptian circles.
Had fun with this one. The ankh and stripes in his headpiece are painted with reflective gold.

UPDATE: PHAROAHPUSS HAS BEEN SOLD!!! someone actually bought him. I'm so proud.
